  The house before the Heritage Orangery was constructed      

The existing external doors were replaced with new hardwood dividing doors in a style to match the new building. The sunken threshold gives a continuous floor line between the two rooms thus eliminating the feeling the new room has just been 'added on'

       This Heritage Orangery was designed using upvc windows to match the existing ones used in the main building.

  A bright and airy games room ideal for keeping budding snooker champs out of sight.       Roof vents are essential to ventilate the room and the use of electronic motor driven openers controlled by a wall switch makes using them simple. Non-opening sashes were made as dummies to achieve equal glass lines and create a harmonious overall appearance.

The consumer unit and fuseboard controlling the power, lighting and underfloor heating was discreetly hidden away in a pillar behind a simple white hatch door.
