As well as opening up the end wall of the existing kitchen the doorway up to the current dining room needed to be closed off to provide a new sink area. The existing dining room would be used to enlarge the lounge with doors into the new dining room

Re-instated doorway between units

With the window and wall out and the kitchen extended an old doorway was reinstated for access into the adjacent room to be converted from a boot room into a utility room. The kitchen table was replaced by a modern island with a raised breakfast bar in contrasting colour.
