A main feature of any Heritage Orangery is the attractive glass and hardwood
lantern with motorised roof vents. Incorporated in this ceiling is a microspot
lighting system as well as a speaker set up for the hi-fi. What was the old kitchen
is now an attractive open working area |

Not forgetting of course the plasma screen which was set into a recess created by removing a couple of old sash windows. |

The final element to create the ultimate space was the use of tall concertina doors. The slimness achieved by using laminated hardwood is a key ingredient in bringing the garden into the equation and by sinking them into the floor a perfect union is created with decking and tiling running on from each other. |
