Garden Room Project 6-1

Heritage garden rooms can be designed in any form. For this project the existing ground floor area needed enlarging drastically to form a kitchen/diner as well as a downstairs toilet and utility room.

The back door from the kitchen became the new utility room entrance

Steelwork was used to enlarge the existing kitchen window and convert it into an entrance to the new building.

The existing back door was removed and became the entrance to the new utility room


A new manhole was sunk to connect up the old and new drains.
