The use of pilasters, Georgian bars and dentil moulding along with the hardwood frame system provided a perfect solution to the customers requirements.
 

The use of Pilkington 'k' glass and argon gas was essential to enable the all round use of the building with electronic roof vents to assist with the ventilation.
The pantry roof had to be built into with the use of a lead covered layboard.
